Learning to Sleep
Learning to Sleep is a Swedish digital sleep clinic that was founded in 2009 with the ambition of offering the best digital CBT treatment for people with sleep problems. They offer site-independent and results-based CBT treatment based on many years of research.
They are a dedicated team consisting of psychologists and digital specialists who are all driven by a vision to change people's lives through better sleep.
The importance that sleep has on your health and wellbeing has become a hot topic in recent years, and as health and wellness priorities took center stage, Swedish-based brand Learning to Sleep saw this as an opportunity to expand outside of Sweden into the UK-- particularly the fast-paced city of London. While sleep health is taken very seriously in Sweden, the UK consumer was largely unaware of resources for poor sleep quality beyond over-the-counter medication. While consumers wished they could sleep better, they felt helpless to their circumstances.
Through in-depth audience research and competitive analysis, the digital and OOH campaign "Sleep Like A Swede" was created to bring awareness to the Learning to Sleep brand, lean on their reputation as great sleepers, and empower the overstimulated Londoners that they too could learn to sleep better.
